CENTRALIA MISSION COMMITTEE

The Centralia Mission Committee meets monthly.

The Mission Committee is responsible for the oversight of the mission ministries of Centralia Presbyterian Church. We prepare the mission budget for the Session each year. We are currently supporting several missionary families through PCA Mission to the World, TEAM, and Serge.  We partner with missionaries in Japan, Peru, Spain and Scotland.

We also support local ministries such as Gideons International, Good News Jail and Prison Ministry, Richmond Center for Christian Studies, Chesterfield Food Bank, Pregnancy Support Center of the Tri-Cities, Pregnancy Help Center - Chesterfield, CCHASM, Christmas Family, Operation Christmas Child and the shoebox ministry through Samaritan's Purse.

In addition, we conduct English as a Second Language classes each Thursday morning during the school year. In the past, we have sponsored several mission trips including trips to Cherokee, North Carolina; Fairmont, West Virginia; Madrid, Spain; and vacation bible school in New York City.
